Fen recommended an amazing restaurant in Charlotte called Bean Vegan Cuisine! I had fried tofu fingers and we shared a queso dip with chips.

Fen and I got to visit together for the first time even though we’ve known each other online for eight years! So great to hang out with them and share outdoor time. We had snacks and later Mexican food.
