Fallen tree, new flowers

There was some weird wind outside and I lost a tree (though it was already dead). It fell on the neighbor’s fence and caused no damage. I also found that a plant I’d had for a really long time suddenly had flowers when it never did before!

So happy! The pineapple plant that I rescued from my mom’s house after she passed away, which I later planted, is now growing its very first fruit!
