I went to Tampa Bay Comic Con on a whim, taking my cute Cat Steven plushie with me. I met several other SU cosplayers (and other cosplayers!) and hung out with my friends Jeaux and Joy. There’s a whole Tampa Bay Comic Con album, but these are my favorites of the day!

Visited the Orange County Regional History Center

Meg and I visited the Orange County Regional History Center. It was a good visit–lots of great history stuff featuring the native people of Florida, the native cultures in the present, the history of agriculture and commerce in the area, and of course, our state’s kinda embarrassing racist history (and present).

But I got to sit in a spaceship and that was cool.

Wow! We spent another vacation day playing around at the pool, checking out cartoons, and going out to dinner at a wonderful restaurant. It was Day 12 of the Summer of Steven marathon! I wore my Steven Universe Crying Breakfast Friends shirt to watch “Crack the Whip.”
