We surprised my dad with a belated birthday gift: Foo Fighters tickets! But it was also my sister Patricia’s birthday so we gave her some presents too. We went to the concert that night. Amazing!

Finally got to see Lindsay’s house! We all had some bagel breakfasts and a yummy pasta bake for dinner. Patricia braided my hair and made a babka.

I got on a plane and went to Charlotte. I rented a house and got together with my sisters, Dad, and Connie!

Went to see my dad play in his other band, No Bad Days. Jeaux drove me there and we ate at the Tiki Bar! Good show.

Christmas Eve Dinner
Jeaux and I invited Dad and Connie over for Christmas Eve dinner! We made white bean pot pies, homemade dinner rolls, vegan scalloped potatoes, green bean casserole, whipped cauliflower, and homemade gravy. We had a gift exchange after dinner. And then there was a gingerbread roll and five kinds of homemade cookies!

Dedication Day
Our mom’s dedication was today. We went out on a boat and watched her reef ball be added to the reef project. We saw dolphins! And we also decorated a tribute reef with flowers and said our final goodbyes to our mom. And we got boba after.

After Viewing Day
We stayed over in Sarasota at my dad’s house after our mom’s viewing and had some yummy food at a restaurant (Ash was overwhelmed by a waffle!) and then they spent some time swimming and we even got to play Cards Against Humanity (family edition).
