Amber (Patricia’s friend) came over to see us after our mom’s death and she brought her tiny dog. Lindsay is a dog person and she loved this cute little gal, even though she is NOT a lap dog.

My mother just died. It was such a blessing to have my sisters fly in and be with me to go through this together.

New Year’s Day Breakfast
Small gathering for New Year’s Day–my tradition of serving breakfast! We made waffles, mini omelets containing mushrooms and swiss cheese, hash browns, biscuits, soy bacon, sausage, and fruit. Mom, Jeaux, and Lindsay came.

Sister Lindsay and brother-in-law Mike were in town for the holidays so I had them over for Christmas Eve with Mom and Jeaux. Yummy dinner, but everything was kind of on the cold side. Bad management.
