Jeaux and I found an open restaurant (Mandola’s) and ate outside on the patio after Hurricane Ian was over in our area. I was in a weird mood.

Jeaux and I went into hiding at my mom’s house for Hurricane Ian. We worked from her house and didn’t lose power, surprisingly. She kept us comfortable and fed despite what was going on outside.

Mom ate all my leftovers from my Tanya & Matt’s pumpkin pie ice cream. You can tell it’s good because Mom never eats AND she doesn’t really have a sweet tooth but she ate ALL OF IT.

Sweet salad!
I made this really good salad with mixed greens, gorgonzola cheese, glazed walnuts, dried cranberries, and sugar-free balsamic vinaigrette dressing!
